Become a Member or Renew Membership

If you would also like to join PAASD you may do so here. As a PAASD - connected appraiser professional, you will enjoy educational opportunities at a reduced cost. You must have a Real Estate Commission appraiser/broker license or Department of Commerce registered, licensed or certified license to qualify for membership. Annual dues are $95.00.

Associate memberships in PAASD are available to lenders, mortgage brokers, administrators, or interested members of the public. Membership dues can be paid via credit card online using the form below. Alternatively, if you opt to not pay online, they will be included on your invoice if you choose to become a member at this time.
